selling my info site

I have an info site with google ads on it. I want to sell it and plan share the link in forums and with people who might be interested. Is this kind of non-targeted traffic okay with google? In other words, some or a large part of my sites' visitors will be directed there by me and not find the site by its content. Is this allowed?

I don't think if Google don't likes it, but I think Google has not the right of leading all your vistis.
I would share the link simply!

Why shouldn't ib be allowed?
If you mean, in this forum, I have read the rules: It is only in the signature allowed.
If you mean for Google, I only can say: Google can't forbid you anything, and it'll not have a bad action on you ranking, I think.
