impressions, eCPM? How do they work?

Hi,
I got adsense on my two sites 10 days ago, and today I passed the 1000 impressions overall, but I didnt get any money for it.
I thought that they pay (impressions/1000) * eCPM?
Can anyone explain this to me?

could it be because two days ago I made channels so now I have to have 1000 impressions per channel or what?
Do channels make a difference?

Interesting with the page - impressions: I didn't know either. Don't know what the problem with your's
is, but GC$ is a type of online money. You are not allowed to exchange GC$ wit $ But if you click on the shop link of this foum you can buy for egg. ebooks with GC$. In one forum you can exchange sth with GC$, here. Don't know the name, burt youll find!
greetings,

First, read what the topic says instead of skimming over it. It's based on the advertiser.

I still don't get it... I think that eCPM ~ (earnings/impressions)*1000 is money that they will pay for 1000 impressions because it is called : Cost per 1000 impressions?...Or do they pay this money if I show single advertiser 1000 times? And how much money I get from it? 1000 impressions = 1 click?

Could someone who knows for sure how it works explain how this works to me please...

Again, read the help topic. There is a keyword in there that will change the way you think about how you earn money with adsense. It's based on clicks OR the number of impressions. This depends on the advertiser and what they will pay for.
