Under 18's can't join Adwords/Adsense

I'm the webmaster of a websitge called Web Of Weird and am annoyed that I cannot join Google Adsense. I need the money to buy software/cameras so I can improve my website.

Then again, I suppose that's the way th world works.

They don't check, but yeah, its suppose to be 18+

There are many adsense users who are under 18 and there isnt a problem. Aslong as you have a bank account to cash the cheque into or take the wire transfer, there doesnt seem to be a problem.

Presumably one of the problems Google has with under 18s is their immaturity and tendency to over-click their own ads.

I'm not 18teen too so I asked my father to sign up for me - he hadn't got an account. And if I do sth bad I can just sign up again as me, when I'm eighteen.

I do have a bank account (a Natwest Cardplus) - by if my dad finds out...

More importantly, what do you think?
Do you think it's a good idea to enter into a legally-binding contact using someone else's name without their knowledge?
Do you think it's a good idea to commit fraud, and risk a lifetime ban (not to mention some interesting family 'discussions')?
I'd think about these things carefully.

Its safe enough is the basic answer to using your own name if your under 18 unless you commit mass fraud or something stupid and get caught. Thats when you would have problems, but appart from that, you pretty safe. If google were too strict on their underage users, they would notice a serious drop in earnings.
