If your site gets rejected in Adsense, can you still get in?

If your site gets rejected, can you apply again to Adsense and get in after you've changed your site?

Yes. Usually they will not tell you exactly why your site is rejected, but if you work on it again and follow their TOS as much as possible, you can ask again and you should get in
