Cannot stack my ads

I'm trying to stack two 728 units one on top of the other in a phpbb forum module (following advice I've seen several places) but only the first one shows. I've checked to make sure I didn't truncate anything. The second one will not show under any circumstances unless I comment out the first one.

In an unrelated php module of mine I successfully stack two 300x250 ads - They are includes in that case.

Anyone?

I recommend using tables.. It would be a sure fire way to ensure that both show. IF you need help with the tables code, let me know.
