Wy google rejects my adsense request

HI,
I made severel requests to place adsenson my ringtones site, but google isalwaysrejecting my requests. And they are giving me alwaysanother reason for rejecting my site.

Firsttime it was for 18+ content (wich was just a few stupid pictures, for mobile phone's), and second reason was the coding of my site. But there are many ringtones sites, with adsens on there site.

So How com that Google is always rejecting my site , what could i do to get adsens on my site.
Do I have to change something, Html code, collors, template...

Or is it better to get another site with another content, if yes. Wat kind of contentor site gets easily accepted by Adsense.

For those ho want to look my site, you can clikc on ringtonesignature.

There are still adult 18+ images on your homepage which is probably why Google won't re-enable Adsense on your site.

Checkout the Adsense Terms and Conditions for more info on what gets you banned.

The adult images in my content are new, and when request for adsense I had no adult content on my site. But the problem is there are many ringtone sites with adsense and adult content.

Another thing that you might want to watch out for is that even if you take the images down but have links to adult sites...Your site will not get approved for adsense. I had an account and got an email because of a site I was linking to that wasn't a porn site, just was a site with alot of sick humor so to say I guess...So I had to remove the link...

You would then run the risk of being kicked out the AdSense program, if they found out you were breaking the Program Policies.

Is the adult content [b]that/[b] important to you? I'm sure you can do without it. With all due respect (and I don't want to appear harsh),you seem to want to justify the adult content on your site by saying that other sites have it, and have Adsense too. That may be. The difference is that you have been caught before the fact, so just do what Adsense wants. Follow the rules. Don't concern yourself with those other sites. Worry about your own. Those other site may have used some sneaky methods to get around the TOS, but eventually, they'll be found out, and kicked out of the program.

Ultimately, the decision will be yours. If the adult content is that important--sorry, no Adsense. If it isn't, get rid of it. Don't resort to using sneaky tactics to get around the TOS, either, because that could end up hurting us all in the long run.
