Dealing with an Adwords scammer attack

Help!!! Our site has been cloned by a pair of web scammers named Jerry
and Neil Brodsky. They are running a Google Adwrods campaign that
attacks our site and our product. Here is an example of the kind of ad
they put up:br
Don't Buy From Thebr
Tendonitis site. Their product isbr
cheap jumk made in Chinabr
www.infra-relief.combr
br
When we notify Google, they pull the offending ads down, but the
Brodsky's just put them back up on evenings and weekends when Google's
offices are closed. In addition, Google continues to let the
Brodsky's run the rest of their adwords campaign even though we
have shown Google that they slander us on their copycat site, are
illegally using our material, have done this sort of thing to other
companies before, and that Jerry Brodsky has twice been convicted of
felonies and has been imprisoned for fraud. Even though we spoend
tens of thousands of dollars with Google each month and have done so
for years, they have not acted to stop the Brodsky's criminal use of
the Adwords System. Any suggestions as to what we might do other than
sit on our hands and wait while our business is destroyed by a pair of
web scammers with Google's help would be greatly appreciated.br

Just keep reporting it and ask Google to keep an eye on them because they keep reposting the ad.

Blindly sue them(advertisers) in leiu of Business Goodwill or give a Serious warning to google that if they dont block those advertisers you will have to choose Overture and see the results.
