How to get clicking traffic?

How to get traffic which really *clicks* my ads? I have a blog focused on technology (computers in first row), and a bit of personal posts.. I tried many traffic exchange sites (autosurf), but those ain't good. Others, just like me, open a tab in their browser letting it surf, and I just get page impressions, no clicks. I think they don't even watch my page. this way maybe i can get 1 click out of 1 million auto-visitors..

Oh, and I forgot to mention: I want it for free. So please DO NOT recommend me AdWords, I don't wanna pay..

Regards, cruo.

Re: How to get clicking traffic?

Be careful puting adsense on Autosurf programs is against Google TOS, you risk quqpention if you get clicks there.

Don't use autosurf programs, the traffic from them is not real.Other users visit your website for a few seconds, just to earn one more credit.

There's no magic trick here, you need to build good quality content that will attrack traffic from the search engines.

You can post to various forum and put your link in your sig file.

You can give testimonials to a few products related to your site to get a backlink.

You can publish articles in article directories for backlinks.

You can submit your site to directories.

Basically, you have to WORK

brbrHi, this is great advice, I just thought I'd elaborate on it a bit more.brbrHere is a list of free article directories, link directories, and press release sites at a href="http://affiliatepowertools.com/inside/"http://affiliatepowertools.com/inside//abrbrJust look at the links along the right column of my blog.brbrStart with goarticles.com, ezinearticles.com, articlecity.com, and amazines.com for article directories. These have given me the best results. But eventually, you may want to consider expanding your submissions either through software submitters or paid ariticle submission services like articlemarketer.com or isnare.combrbrLink directories are fine for one way backlinks, it doesn't hurt far as I know, just click each one in the list, if they want a reciprocal link, you can come back to them later for review.brbrFor press release sites, prweb.com is best here, and has a free level of submissions. However, learn how to write a good press release and pay the $200 level and you'll see your site possible in the #1 position in google, above even the search results. Your press release will be shown at the top as news.br/spanbr style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"I also wrote a good basic article on driving traffic to your blogs. It's all whitehat quality stuff for beginners. Particularly look into tracebacks for direct traffic. It dosen't do much for seo, but you'll get traffic from people who click on your link directly from busy blogs./spanbr style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"Just click the "Blogs" link in the left column for the article./spanbr style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"br style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"br style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"/font
