Is this against TOS?

Imagine I post the following text in my blog, which has adsense. Is that against AdSense TOS?br

I had some problems with my servers, and one of them went out, so I
*need* some money to buy a new one. I'd like you to ask, dear visitors,
to recommend this blog to everyone you know. Why? `Cause it's possible
they will click the ads on this site, which generates me a good amount
of money. Although please don't tell them directly to click on the ads,
since it's against the AdSense Terms of Service. Thanks!br

I don't think you would get into any trouble with that post, however, I must say that I don't understand why you would want to take a risk...Google can say it is if they want to, and whether it is or not, there isn't much you can do to debate them about it. I would suggest that you remove the ads part and just put why? Cause it could help me earn some money. Period...I wouldn't specifically mention anything about the ads...If people come to your site they will click on ads...publicity is more important....

mondine is an unknown quantity at this point
You are in possible trouble as soon as you associate a solicitation of traffic, with the desired result of having ads clicked on your site.

At the very best, this is a grey area, that you might 'get away' with.
At worst, it's a violation, and you're banned for life.
I'd say, don't do it. It's not worth the risk for short-term gain.

divIt's definitely blurring the lines of the TOS...I wouldn't do it as it is
almost like asking people to click, which violates the TOS. /div
