I assumed that you are talking about the "Advertise on this site" text link.... you can turn it off by changing the "Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up" setting under your Adsense "My Account" tab. That text link is for advertise to put site targeting ads on your site... Read more about site targeting ads at:

http://www.seoearnings.com/se/adsense/site_targeting

About the "Ads by Goooooogle" link, sorry, you can't get rid of it.

PWell, you CAN (with just a simple trick), but it's not allowed.

But if you really want to cheat and risk getting banned - -> :PULLICreate a div element with the background-color set to the background color of the ad, and make the height and width of the div the same as those of the "Ads by Gooooogle" text. LIMove the div around using position:relative or absoluteuntil the div is right over the text that you want to ged rid of :P/LI/ULPAs I said: if they find out, it is certainly going to get you banned so do NOT try this

OLLIBecause he might findthat textugly :PLIBecause if you do so, visitors won't be able to see if the ad is an ad or just some text of the owner of the site. There may be a bigger chance that the visitor will click on the ad if he thinks it's just a link leading to another pageinside the website. /LI/OLPBut believe me whenI sayyou don't want to remove that text
