Need some advice on claim of invalid clicks from google

I am usually the one giving help on adsense matters but as i have recieved the famous email from google saying

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks or impressions have BRbeen generated on the Google ads on your site(s) through users of BRthird-party programs paid or provided with other incentives to visit your BRsite. Such programs may include, but are not limited to auto-surf, BRpay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites.

This wouldnt be so bad if i was useing these programs but since i am not how am i suppose to stop something that i am not useing,i have checked all my stats on any site with traffic and see nothing but hits from backlinks,engines and forums,it would be nice if google would tell me which site is recieving these invalid hits,also i have entertained the possibility that someone can easily takeyour adsense code and put it on a site to try to get your adsense account disabled,so any ideas on how to find out where these clicks are comming from or a solution to prove the the gods of google that i dont use these would be helpfulBR

Compare

1. Number ofpage impressionsfrom google for your Adsense accountBR2. Number of page loads from your site host log.

If first count is higher than the second count, then you might say that someone has used your AdSense account info in their website.

Give list of all the websites that you are running and ask google to disregard all other site. Not sure if they can do it or not but asking them to do it can't hurt.
