I haven't try in google check out but about paypal i think it is accessible anywhere in the world

We use Both Google Checkout and Paypal we find that 10% of sales are GC the rest are PP.

I personally like the Google Checkout badge that appears next to our paid search results.

Thats in our case,but then why lose a possible 10% of your customers by not having GC on the website?

What pisses me off with internet buying is...
You can buy an online product and be forced to use a mickey mouse go between billing system which you need to sign up for. That billing company will then accept paypal. What a wind up! Dont get me wrong, i love paypals security and service, but the way they allow intermediate usage is somewhat whoreish.
I hope google checkout does not get abused like this.
