Credit Card Billing Address in Unlisted Country

My CC billing address is in ANGUILLA, a country NOT LISTED. How do I get Google to update the list of countries?
By the way, Anguilla is listed for shipping addresses, so why not for billing addresses?

I had the same problem with my country...I hope yours will be addressed soon before i divulge my country
