Shipping cost

I've got the code that I need to indicate cost of shipping to my customers, but whereever I put it in my html code the shipping charges still doesn't show up when I test it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not totally sure how to fix that issue but I had an issue with G Checkout where the shopping cart thing was not working right so I posted my problem on the Google support forum and a Google staff member answered it and helped me, I suggest also trying there for an answer if you don't get one here.
