cant remove photos from photoviewer

Some pictures downloaded to my computer while I was browsing the web, and now I can't get rid of them. I've tried deleting them, booting in safe mode and deleting, uninstalling google desktop, deleting, and reinstalling, but they just reappear in the slideshow folder 10 minutes later. It's frustrating. Help me please.

have you tried to clear cookies...? or maybe thats a virus or something...

yes ive deleted my internet history, ran ccleaner, and ran anti-virus...none of it fixes it.

Yo afelton may we know the filename of that picture? or just try to search the filename of that picture something may show helpful in SEs.
