Thumbs down Is G Sky Data Trustable As You Expect?

On 21/09/08, I reported to Google its great Sky Mistake, as it was showing wrong current MOON pictures (Pictures are supposed to be instant/current, as the time & date of the picture is shown on them - time of clicking).
* I received a confirmation from Google that, my findings was correct * they will try to amend the Sky software.
One of the Modorators send me that Google confirmation, his email was "From: philverney
Hi Mo,
I was contacted by one of the moderators, Tek about your Sky/Moon complaint .
Although I do not work on the Sky team, I do work for Google and I passed your error report onto someone who is involved with it. He confirmed that you are indeed correct. There is an error in Sky.
Thank you very much for bring it to our attention. One of the Sky software engineers is going to fix it asap. At this stage I do not know when I'm afraid, but it is known about and naturally we do not want these kinds of mistakes in our databases.
Thank you,
Phil Verney"
* Today I checked the moon picture using google sky, I found that the Google Sky still giving the wrong picture of the moon, as it shows it as a WAXING Gibbous instead of its right phase of Waning Gibbous!
Google sky software is working correctly from new moon untill the Full moon,THEN it works wrongly from full moon to Newl moon (in the 2nd half of the lunar month!
* Even Google was made aware of this mistake 4 weeks ago, it seems didn't take this matter seriously & it showed that Google is not up to its responsibility to provide its customers around the globe with the correct information & data.
* Any one can check Google sky, then look through the window to see the correct picture of the moon!
** This mistake also applys on current picture of Mercury & Venus!
I wish to see Google come up to its responsibility, as this effects millions of people using google & consider it as one of their reliable references!!

I don't understand your frustration. This piece of software is FREE, and nobody's life is depending on it.

I think someone needs to get out more...

Thumbs down durham production!

Do you accept deteriorated fruit even if it was FREE!
I can't understand people like you (consider thimselves knowladgeable , educated & understanding) can approve & accept wrong info/data from a global organization (google) because its free, without questioning that & its aim of continuing delivering that mistakable data!

from 9/4/09 the Google Sky strted going wrong in showing the instant picture of the Moon! as the 2nd have of the Lunar month starts!

So, look at the moon from your window, then search for the moon in G Sky, you will find G sky picture is wrong , showing opposite sides Dim/Lit!

Thumbs down Wrong Info by Google

It is very strange, that no member in G Management has the required sound mind to realize the seriousness of this Google software mistake, which undermining there & Google Earth/Sky credibility!
