World Treasure Hunt With Google Earth.

OK, i don't know if this has been done before but it's a really fun game.

Basicly its a treasure hunt on Google Earth

What you do is look for these items:

Mid air plane/jet, at least 10 miles away from airport (100 points)
Car accident (50 points)
Ancient ruins (25 points)
Pyrimid (30 points)
Contuction zone (10 points)
A Zoo (15 points)
Oil Rig (25 points)
Street performer's (40 points)
Helicopter Pad (50 points)
US Military Base off USA soil (100 points)
Crop Circles or other crop designes (100 points)
A Fire (75 points)
Farrari Dealership (30 points)
An active volcano(50 points)
Nuclear power plant (35 points)
A Wild animal (45 points)
water-bound Aircraft carrier (70 points)

anything rare and/or ammusing

Once you find any of these, take a screen shot, then host them on Photobucket or ImageShack and post them here, but be sure to have your name on the pictures so nobody steels them.



Once you submit them i'll addyour name to the score list.

i am doing it

using google earth recently i found it interesting and i registered this community .this is my first post although i am not a native speaker of english i am in china

a colcano located in northeast china
there is a lake in it 4km wide 400m deep it si a famous sightseeing spot in china really spectacular
however i dont know whether it is active or not

Just for clarification, when you say, "water-bound aircraft carrier", do you mean an aircraft carrier that is not tied up in port ?

The wild animal is also proving to be a bit of a challenge. The resolution is not good enough in many African countries to spot even an elephant, and even trying to spot one in captivity at a zoo with high definition, like the Toronto Zoo, is questionable.

Have you found these two items yourself ?
