Street View of Bosnia in Google Maps

Hi everyone!

I am new to this forum and really want to thanks for the administrator to put such an informative forum about Google Inc.

Now, let me first tell you my purpose of finding this forum. I m now a days managing a website project for a person who belongs to Bosnia. He wants to put Google Map services on his website. The basic purpose is that he wants to show the local businesses which can be located on the Google Maps as well. Now, the issue which he is concerned about is that he wants to have street view of Bosnia in his Map. I have searched a lot in Google and found that the way of showing street view for the map of Bosnia, is only available in Satellite View. So, I need following questions to be answered by any honourable person:

1. How can I use Google Maps services on the Website of my customer? API are available but where can I find the documentation of the complete API? I haven't searched this forum yet but any direct thread links can be highly appreciated.

2. The issue which I raised above of not having street view for the Bosnia? How can I solved this? Suggesions with examples will be highly appreciated.

3. How can I get aggregate/collect data from Google Earth to get digital map of one city? This mean geographic position of streets, builds and others with longitude/latitude. Again, thread links will be helpful.

4. Now, my customer also wants me to develop a web app for him in which he can use the services of Google Earth. Now is it possible to link my website to Google Earth or there are restrictions abt it? I know the full commercial version is costing 400$/year. Should I need to install it in my server than i can use it in my website? What are the other legal limitations which i need to think of?

Any help regarding my above issues will be highly appreciated.
