Is there any way in the world to get in touch with Google??
A member of my family has a valid idea for Google, and we can't find a way to actually contact a human being within the facility. The telephone always leads us to machines and then to more machines after that. Any comment?

Google certainly has Contact Us pages for their various services, and you can email Google through them. But that wouldn't be a good idea, not unless the idea that you have is somehow related to one of Google's existing services. The only general contact information I could find on Google is their address and phone numbers:

That telephone number is worthless.
I have researched physically contacting Google, and so far, there is no way to speak to anyone other than the operator for general google/gmail related problems and she only recommends the Google Support page. |
