Google assignment help?

hey guys,
I am currently working on a assignment and cant seem to find specific information that i want about google.

I wanted stats and figures of googles employees:
- performance levels (for a few years)
- staff turnover
- absenteeism
- productivity levels

etc

I WOULD LOVE IT if there is a link somewhere? or if someone can post relevant information

I tried looking at the annual reports but it did not have anything!!!!

im in hurry - assignment is nearly due - any help would be greatly appreciated!
