I don't think Google will listen to the CVs posted here. Get into the official website of Google and check for the vacancies. Make it a regular activity.

Lower pay, very competitive, grueling interview process. Well there are some senior positions with premium pay, but since everyone wants to work for Google, my friends who had offers said they were below market.

If you ask me, I would love to work for Google. Not due to the fact that Google is the leader. But, for the reason that there is scope to a go a long way for any budding engineer over here.
