journal math problem indexing on Google?

I am an OTR truck driver interested in indexing journal math problems. It doesn't seem like something Google would pursue, but I've never looked into it.

There are about 15,000 such problems if restricting to the Math. Assoc. of America's three main journals alone, a good place to start. Unlike textbook problems they go through a vetting process and tend to be more interesting and unusual. Only about 15% of submissions get published.

JSTOR indexes the MAA journals but they lump the problems in with all other journal articles. There's no "problem" category. This is unfortunate.

Copyright is an issue. Any indexing may ultimately need to be done by the original publishers, a nonprofit like JSTOR, or within academia through NSF grants.

Is this something outside of Google's realm for sure?

P.S. I have already co-edited a problem index (found by searching my name on Amazon). Googling my name leads to my LinkedIn page which lists all previous jobs held (the indented link several search results down).
