Hellyeeeaah, Debian and NetBSD both got students..

There were only a couple projects that didn't get students, which were LiveJournal and University of Michigan Aerospace Engineering & Space Science Departments.

Errm.. I don't understand something. If a student qualifies, he/she gets $5k, right? Or the project alone gets $5k, and then feed the students from that if it can. Which is true?
