A highlight marker

Well. Due to an illness in one member of my family, I've searching extensively and also I've been receiving extensive medical material to read about the disease.

Very often when reading the web page I'd like to have a highlight marker available in the Google Tool Bar.
The user just will drag the marker (after picking a color, if necessary, not just the yellow option), and highlight the word or phrases all around the page or pages. And if that page will be printed, then the highlighted word will be printed too.

Well, just an idea. Hope those guys in Google can implement this helpful tool.

Nice idea buddy. Just complete it before some1 does it or maybe it has already been done?
