I just downloaded the Google toolbar, and when I went to the Google translate page I tried to drag a button (Thai) to the toolbar it would not work. Anyone had this happen to them before ?

Try to reinstall the toolbar.

Clear your cookies, i had that happen to me also and i had a bunch of cookies from cheap online game sites. I cleared everything and came back the next day and it worked.
