Hi everyone .I have been through a nightmare you couldn’t imagine after nearly finishing JJpeople’s trainig course , almost all the training they offered, which was divided into 3 zones ,java ,web ,agile .The employee who where appointed to trace the trainees progress was called Ewoud, a Polish guy who spoke good English.I was told by him that there was no time limitation and I could finish when ever it suited me.By the end of my training I realized that these people were rating the trainees all the time, and none of the trainees was told about that.Actually they were promising everyone to get a job ,but they were not willing to keep their promises at all. After 8 long months I spent studying their zones, being excited to finish the 3 remaining modules and getting a job with them, even moving to London from the country I was called by Ewoud who explained that they decided to stop my training based on some criteria which he couldn’t explain further more than this.
When I tried to get an explanation from him ,he replied that he has to finish the conversation and closed the phone .I attempted to speak to the IT manager whose name was Dickerson, but no reply ,then I received an email from him apologizing for interruption but they did not see a progress.Although I passed about 95%of all exams and exercises so I really thought it was a progress,or wasn’t? Well, not for them… Still I have to confirm that these people offer a full java web development course for free ,so if you feel like studying on a free course I could warmly recommend them ,but I don’t think that you have a good chance to get a job with them because it will be depending on how many people they need comparing to the number of the trainees and the trainee’s performance. All in all,if you do the similar course,be very careful with them, nothing is guaranteed, and don’t hope to get a job this way, even if you passed all your modules…. JJpeople’s ‘student’ |

mate, they gave you free training, required no commitmet or money from you - if you were not chosen - they must have had their reasons (you took 8 months to go through the training for example
were you trying to be the slowest developer on the planet??!!??!!) being grown up - the market is hot, you don't meet requirements - you don't get the job - sorry to break it to you but that's how business work!! |

hi kipper
Simply modules were very long to be covered in less than 8 months ,and I also use to do full time job ,they also knew that .Similar course is given by other companies and these companies require the trainee to finish everything in 6 months on full time studies basis.
