I can't use G-talk.

Dear all,
I can't use G-talk now. i'm in Myanmar. Whenever I attempt to log in G-talk, this error show:
"Could not authenticate to server." How can I use G-talk anyway? Pls help me.

Maybe you were not connected to the Net at that time. Or maybe your account could have been deactivated.
If you're still facing problems, you should try and talk to Google.
