I suggest you google FESTOON, it's a type of plug in to allow video and sharing in GoogleTalk.

I don't use it myself so I can't guide you on how to use it, but I've heard it's good, and gets to job done.

I have seen Students who have completed MS and Looking for various IT companies to file their H1-B so that they can work in States. But there is always a catch by these Croocked It companies who want to make money one way or the other.

They know you are poor international students who are looking for a firm to file your H1-B and you are going to do anything in general to get it

One of the IT companies like "Vensoft.inc", efulgent and SQA labs operating from Phoenix AZ, are fucking companies who take advantage of the international students

They search you from resume websites like monster.com and other, give you calls daily asking to join them. they promise they have fucking 3 program..KEP, pre KEP and post KEP making you to show how organized they are in training...They will do any thing to join their consulting companies...
you go to their training center and see the big place and you think you made right decision but wait...
One to plan to join them they then make you sign a contract which abides you to work for them for 12 months, with out vacation and holiday's if you donot..they will sue you..for training around 20K , expenses house rent and other's and attorney fees...
This is really a fucked up company with no instructors to train you..you have to see the video cassettes and learn your self...
after 2 to 3 months they ask to falsify your resume by asking you to make a resume of 5 to 10 years experience in IT.AND Till Oct end they never give you any details of your H1 B visa, they never give you any receipts or any information your H1-B has been filed. if you question more the Best answers my friends got was "WE HAVE FedEX recipts, would that SUFFICE, our LAWYERS ARE TO BUSY TO GIVE YOU YOUR CASE NUMBER", so if you H1 b fails they don't care...

If you plan to quit then they threaten to Sue you and they have done in past and never will fail to do in future...
if you want to see the ase they have filed , you can type "vensoft case" in google and go to Phoenix court where they have sued people..
This fucking company is here to make money.. they will not give you any relocation fees and most of their project last for 2-4 months so be ready be be on move and have next made up resume with more years of experience added to that...

I ask of you people.. How can we put an end to such fucking IT companies...

1) Attorney General of Phoenix Arizona ,about the mal-practices of this company
2) Business bureau of Phoenix.
3) Do post in other web-sites about the bad handling of this company so student and people can be aware of this company.
