I will be gettin gmail account this week. What i like to know is can I video chat in gtalk....or voice chat?

you can,with your webcam connected to your computer.

The voice quality on voice chat is amazing. Its better then a normal telephone line.

No, Arun, you can't do video chat in GTalk. Do research what you're saying the next time.
