Please help

Sometime last week I have suddenly lost the facility to send Voicemail in my google talk. At the same time I have also lost the message to allow to select whether I want my music track to be shown while I am listening to Window media Player. I have also lost the telephone icon in the attachment. I have tried uninstall and re-install google talk without any success. I have checked that my plug-in is correct. As far as I can recall, I have not done anything that could have resulted in the loss of those facilities. Grateful for any help.
