how do i put images on to google?

im a bit confuzed could some one hep me out?
can some on tell me how to put an image on google images.
you see i made this image on paint and i would like to put it on google images but i dont know how so could some one tell me or help?

Upload it to the web and link to the page that the image is located.

Try to add Alt tags to those images on your site.

you mean at google image search... ayt? you can't just upload/add it to google.. you have to make it searchable... just like what hary_puta said.. add alt attributes to your image..

id don't know on how putting a images in a google.

Try to create blog and put all your images there.. Put meta tags and promote your blog.. make it visible to SE's.. If your having a hard time comprehending this, try to study basic things about SEO first..

I think the simple answer is that you can't. What happens is that when you have a pic on the web which you upload to a server , Google search engines finds it and adds it to Google Images. If it's a popular image it will show up first.
If you want an image to show up make sure you call it what it is. If it's a pic of your favorite cat, then call the image cat.jpg or something similar. Then Google images searches for all images with the word cat in it and your cat appears in Google Images....this may take months.
I know 2 of my images hit first place twice.......

Yes, thanks to this post, it clearly explained the idea on how Google displays the images.. you need to upload it somewhere else first before it appears to google images..
