Manage multiplle account of gtalk

Hi, like programmer I work from home on VPN with my private PC and I want to start a gtalk instance for my private gmail account and another with my Google Apps account (user@my_company_domainname.... added on Google Apps) linked to co-workers, if somebody know how to start 2 instance of gtalk or add in the same instance multiple accounts just let me know. I like to see when I receive email or chat message from both accounts at the same time, if that is possible with gtalk

yes,you can login multiple accounts for your gtalk.
by using this code.

After all day's of search I do to find the solution and installing Miranda, Pidgin, etc .... THIS IS THE BEST SOLUTION I RECEIVE, even on the gtalk.com site to the FAQ section they don't have the solution. You are the best.
