I want to see the ability to set up voice away messages and the ability to reply in voice messages (like voice mail) when someone doesn't pick up

Google Talk needs group chatting so that more than two people can be in a chat conversation at once. But maybe the reason they didn't include that yet is because it would mean having to enable conference calling as well - which would be great and could also happen.

Different font options, emoticons, photo sharing, video chat, etc

I know Google has the technology to do these things, since I made that image from screenshots of existing Google products..

It needs to have inbuilt powerful style creators and shortcut commands like MSN plus, and be fully personalisable.
