Can't logon to Google Talk

Greetings:

I've downloaded the GoogleTalk software, and installed.
When I login my Username and Password a message says my account is locked. It forwards me towards my Google Account where I can not find where it states something is locked.

Can someone give me step by step information on how to unlock an account?

Regards Robert

I'm experiencing the same problem. Is G-talk incompatible with dial-up? The funny thing is that I'm able to connect using other Jabber clients but not Gtalk.

Google says it's compatible with dialup but,

minimum 56k (broadband recommended)
Try again later as it's probably a connection issue with the servers at Google, nothing to call the FBI about.
