Google Talk from other servers ?

I am a bit confused about the whole jabber thing and the ability to communicate with other IM clients.

For instance, I am using a client called Imov for my smartphone. It allows me to connect to google talk and IM with my contacts. It also supports AIM, Yahoo and MSN. However if I want to see Google Talk contacts I cannot connect with AIM, MSN and Yahoo contacts. If I connect to be able to chat with all my AIM, MSN and Yahoo contacts I am able to see all of them at the same time but then I am unable to see my google talk contacts.

I wrote the company that created Imov about this and the response was:

"Hello, please use 'amessage.info' as your Jabber server. It will support MSN, AIM, ICQ and Yahoo. However, there currently is no way to run Googletalk support at the same time as the other IM systems, since no server currently supports Googletalk, except Google. Google's server does not support MSN, AIM, ICQ or Yahoo yet."

So, I am a bit confused. How does a server add GoogleTalk so that it can support all of them, and why wouldn't there be a server yet that does?

Any ideas or thoughts on this?

People are just lazy. Actually I think what they're saying is that if you want to use Gtalk you have to login through Google's server and not some other server(possibly some config thing on Google's side).
