How about Photoshop 101 This site also has an RSS Feed for your website. I almost posted the Good-Tutorials URL. Yikes, glad I didn't now after reading this thread.

Well, I'm not very experienced with Photoshop, but here's something I'd like to add..

Something.. pretty and shiney I suppose..:
Create a new image. Any size is alright.
1) Filter > Render > Clouds
2) Filter > Artistic > Rough Pastels
( Stroke Length - 26
Stroke Detail - 4
Texture: Canvas
Scaling: 100% and Relief 20
Light Direction: Bottom )
3) Filter > Artistic > Smudge Stick
( Stroke Length - 2
Highlight Area - 0
Intensity - 10 )
4) Filter > Stylize > Wind
( Method: Wind
Direction: Right )
5) Repeat Step 4, but instead of using "Right" as the direction, use left. Then click on the layer you're using, and press Ctrl + T. Right click on the image, and rotate 90 degrees CW. Use step 4 again (Use wind, directions left and right), and then return the image to its former looks. (Ctrl + T, right click on image, 90 degrees CCW.)
6) Voila! You've created.. something.. lol. Well, if you want, you can add a little color by doing Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturations.

Hope you found that useful in anyway possible.. if not.. ah well.

Edit: Hah, I almost posted Good-Tutorials as well.

I have a tutorial site (http://www.FanFilmEngine.com).

It's not much to look at now (I'm planning a site redesign, but I hope that you find the tutorials helpful.

I got all of these tutorials from other sites so I do not deserve any credits for them.
