Both look nice, but I don't like the font you have used for the new one. (but that's just my opinion)

Now that you have changed it I like the second better (I love the background picture you have used).

I really liked the hitman 3 sig. It was black with a guy holding two guns. Simple, yet powerful. I also liked the clarity. I like the matrix sig too. It looks... techie. It's cool.
