Gmail address pictures

I have been seeing people with their Gmail address in a picture. My guess is that it can't be harvested by spam bots. Is there a place where people get them, or do they make then themselves?

Maybe we should make a sticky of the instructions to this... seems like a common question.

You can download the .PSD and edit it in photoshop yourself here. Or, if you don't have Photoshop, I'm sure there would be a forum member willing to make one for you.
