New Tutorial

This tutorial basically shows how to make a sig that is REALLY cool!
Some people have already done this type of tutorial but I changed it so much I decided that you gys should know about it too!

1. find a good .mov file (quicktime movie)
Try looking at http://gametrailers.com

2. Open up your new file in Imageready and select these options:


Shift click to select the area of the movie you want in your sig.

3. Resize the image like this:


4. Transfer the .mov to Photoshop!



5. Change the image canvas like so:



6. Rotate the Canvas using the the Arbitrary Rotate function.

7. Now, create a few new layers at the VERY top. SO SCROLL UP!!!!
Now paste a picture of a car over top of the movie. Once you've pasted the car remove its window with the 'lasso tool' set to 10-15 feather.



9. Now use your brush set on black or whatever tint your windows are:



10. Now use the line tool on a new layer and make it 10px and put it on a slight angle so it looks like it's supposed to be there.



Do another line but at 2-4px about a CM/half inch away.

Use the Lasso Tool so select the edges around the lines and delete them. Like this:



Now touch up the edges with an eraser and your set!

11. Now, fiddle around make borders and stuff... And send it back to ImageReady, and go "File>Save Optimized As"
