I made one..

I spent a lot of time on it for the X Phoenixes... hehe hope you guys like it. BTW I renamed your site X Phoenixes and gave the banner a "1337" look. If you want me to I can make you another with a different color scheme. That one took me about two hours and a lot of hard work.

lol just trying to be nice. If you reall want to make something start off with Macromedia Fireworks. That is the most easiest program to start off with. Then you will be able to use photoshop.

I actually do use Photoshop... however I'm not that great. I'm pretty good.... but not a good as you, cuz I don't have much time for practice.
