its not that, its just that on your sticky you can post specific tutorials, this is a link to a bunch of different sites with tutorials

LoL, there was a post made about there being stickies. There shouldn't be 1 sticky just about a website. Unless it benefits everyone or is important to the entire community (rules, etc.)

I unsticked it for you. For future refrence click on edit and make it normal. Found next to the sticky button.
