Has anyone used GIMP before? (www.gimp.com I think)

It is amazing for graphical editing, and it's FREE!

i downloaded it on my old computer, isnt it the free open source one? it is a cool program and i used to use it all the time, but i dont have time to play with it now, i got the internet more now, i used it when i couldnt get online, but its still a good program, i may download it later on, thanks for the remindr about it

eah, it's completly free. I use it over the 300$ photoshop

. In my opinion, it is the best for making logos and apps.

i used it for making stupid pics, because i cant use mspaint, an yeah, its better than photoshop

I wouldn't say it's better than Adobe Photoshop, but it's a great alternative. It's still catching up though, and being open source is one of it's plus points.

I've tryed it a couple of times on Linux suse it was quite cool considering its open source.
