gettin pictures lightened

well i have sum pictures that i have that need ta b lightened and this website said itcould how exactly do i do it and if not is there a website i could go to ta lighten up tha pictures

I'm not sure but try to lessen the density of its colors.

* Select the area
* And create a new layer and set the blending mode to soft light



* Grab a big brush and set its mode to overlay
* Make sure you have white picked as a colour



* Make sure you have white as a color i know i've already written this but it wont work it you have a non white colour selected (heh non-white sure thats unoriginal.... unoriginal like a fox!)



* Coulor in what you want to lighten



* and the end result the top is the orig....

I actually gather this info through search and I find it very useful...hope it is...

what graphics editor do you use? If it is Adobe Photoshop, go to Image >> Adjustments >> Brightness/Contrast, there you can adjust the brightness and contrast at the same time (tips: check the preview box)..

whoa dont worry it never went wrong its just fine...

if you are using adobe photoshop just click contol u and try to adjust the saturation of your image. you can also try to adjust the brightness.
