That is a very vertical logo for a very horizontal banner. You will either need to have the image very small or focus on a small portion of the logo. Perhaps a quick zoom in would work. Just a suggestion.

Yeah, I agree with Inkblob..Logo will look good in smaller image. If it is okay with you I will redesign it and make you anew version of your logo. Just PM me asap.
