Yes, I agree, Adobe Photoshop is very good. It has the best ratings ...but,...it costs a lot of money and the trial is only for 30 days...

...Any suggestions of free programs?

The GNU Image Manipulation Program or The GIMP is a bitmap graphics editor, a program for creating and processing raster graphics. It also has some support for vector graphics. The project was started in 1995 by Spencer Kimball and Peter Mattis and is now maintained by a group of volunteers; it is licensed under the GNU General Public License.

The Google Community rules set a maximum image height of 250 pixels and a maximum image width of 500 pixels. jpeg, gif, and png are preferred file types. Dynamic images are discouraged. Remember: The smaller the file size, the better.

So,...your saying that image is too dynamic and that I shouldn't use it?

Dynamic image means an image that shows movement. An animated GIF is an example of this because it contains multiple frames and increases loading times.
