Plain and simple, the font I am looking for makes this logo: [img]http://www.scenta.co.uk/_db/_images/microsoft_logo140.jpg"
And I am not interested in the Vista Packs, they serve no purpose for me.

if you didn't know that Helvetica was standard in windows xp, i doubt you even tried yourself to manipulate an exsisting font to get what you want....maybe do a little work, as not everything is easy And even then, with how long it has taken for you to get this, it would've been faster for you to make the letters vector yourself...

Wow... you really want to duplicate that logo, don't you... you probably could have just done it by hand as quickly as getting an answer from here...

brIs it possible you removed it? Go to the font folder in the Windows directory, just to make sure you don't have it.brbrGoogle is your friendbr

SaMaeL is on a distinguished road
ok first of all i have been a computer technician for some time now and i can assure you all the font you are looking for is NOT let me say that again NOT a standard windows font

the font you need is called Helvetica™ 96 Black Italic and what you all need to understand is that if you baught a dell or an e machine or an hp or a compaq your windows configuration is always liklely to be different from others because these companies all add and remove from windows as they see fit

are you following me??

that means that YOUR computer might have included fonts and such that others didnt

so my suggestion

if your gonna start replying to someones post with assanine comments do some research first

otherwise you just end up looking ignorant

as to the origional post

follow this link

http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=201468

and there you go
