Does anyone know what the name is of the fonts they use in movie ratings, Pictures:http://www.filmratings.com/ Click on ratings guide. And what is the font used in the ebay logo?

The eBay font is a complete mystery, I mean know one has even mentioned it it seems. I tried WTF...WhatTheFont, but still no luck.
