Article Submit services or software

I have hired some writes to write articles I can submit to free article content and/or paid content article web sites. Of course I get links in the article bio’s which is great for promoting my web sites however the problem is the time it takes to go around and submit all the articles to web sites.

I have found submit article software but they all look a bit scam’ish.

Anyone know of any good article submit software or services?
