Anyone tried Tnx.net Link Selling (invitation required)

Hello,
does anyone know the linkselling network called TNX ?? Would that be an contextual ad network or are link networks called different ??

anyway, all i know is that they are still in beta-stage and not yet available for the public, i signed up a couple of weeks ago because a friend gave me an invitation code.
