How to make my personal page visible?

Dear Friends,

I've recently trasferred my personal web page from my university server to a spare computer in my office, using Internet Information Services offered by Windows XP, because it will then be easier for me to update. I've found my university page automatically picked up by Google a few years ago (http://www.swan.ac.uk/cals/staff/shei/index.htm) but I suspect this may not happen to my new web page which lives on my private computer with only an IP address (http://137.44.46.21/). This is an academic non-profit web page useful for students and perhaps fellow researchers (and of course for introducing myself and promoting my own work). I wonder if anyone could tell me how to make my new web page visible without involving commercial activities? Thank you all.
